#29. DRIVECLUB

To this day, few gams have come close to matching the outstanding visual fidelity of DriveClub, which is high praise for a game that came out all the way back in 2014. One look at the game in action, with rain pouring down your car’s windshield, is enough to blow anyone away. And while its visuals are surely its greatest strength, DriveClub delivered in other ways as well, most importantly its tight driving mechanics. Of course, many racing sims – both before and after DriveClub – have outclasses it in several ways. DriveClub is far from a perfect game. But if you’re a fan of racing sims, this is surely one you don’t want to miss out on.
