You wouldn’t think that a simplified action RTS, that too one with the Halo name, would do so well. Lo and behold, Halo Wars managed some kind of feat with its strategy gameplay and story-telling and thus warranted a sequel with Halo Wars 2. Taking place after the events of Halo 5: Guardians, we see the Spirit of Fire battling the Banished, a Brute faction. With new units, heroes and multiplayer modes like Blitz Firefight, Halo Wars 2 continues the series’ tradition in an engaging way.
