He is the clown prince of crime who has no superpowers, but an insatiable taste for incredible violence and a skill at creating deadly mayhem. He is anunrepentant homicidal maniac with a serious psychological diagnosis. Wherever he goes death, destruction, explosions on a massive scale occur. Hence he is the number 1 Villain who just keeps coming back for more and more and we are pretty sure he will be back soon despite his fate in Arkham City.
