BLADE RUNNER
When it comes to cyberpunk settings across all media, Blade Runner is, of course, the one to beat, and though the property doesn’t have as much cache in video games in particular as it does elsewhere, Westwood Studios’ 1997 classic still holds a special place in the hearts of many. It remains one of the best adventure games of its era, which is really saying something, considering the fact that point and click adventures were on top of the world during the late 90s. Here’s hoping the upcoming remaster allows more people to experience its vivid cyberpunk setting soon.
