Most of you that have played Arkham City would be familiar with the Mad Hatter aka Jarvis Tetch and know what a complete lunatic he is, and know his obsession with fairy tales. The Mad Hatter must have had a traumatic childhood because, for one he is quite an insane  enemy of Batman who uses mind-controlling hats. He is a delusional mental patient in Arkham Asylum and often uses hypnotic or drugs his opponents to get them to obey him. He is obsessed with Lewis Carroll’s novel Alice in Wonderland and naming himself after one of the main characters.
