Prometheus
I’ll tell you one thing about this guy, Prometheus has one of the most awesome costume’s in the DC universe, second to Batman’s. Prometheus was a super-villain who swore to destroy justice in any form. His vendetta is a like a twisted parody of Batman’s origin. He was the son of criminal parents and witnessed their deaths at the hands of the police. After contemplating, he decided he would make a difference and not in a good way. Years of traveling the world and training made him one of the most dangerous men alive. One on hand he is kind of like Batman as He has also seen to be able to instill fear in others, as Batman does, and to manipulate them in doing so. This ability was seen when a large majority of super-villains were forced out of fear to help him in succeeding with his plan.
