Victor Zsasz is quite a troubled soul no doubt, mostly because he had a very bad childhood and lost all his fortune which drove him over the edge. His body is covered in self-inflicted scars shaped like tally marks, one for every murder he’s committed. He experienced a series of deep personal tragedies, after which he was driven to madness and became obsessed with nihilism, killing anyone he met to relieve them of the burden of their lives.
