Cid has been in almost every game, movie, franchise. You name it, Cid is there. Almost every Final Fantasy fan knows about Cid, and knows by now that Cid has become a Final Fantasy trademark. Many fans as well as developers and creators of the franchise, call Cid the Yoda of the Final Fantasy franchise, because of how important he has become in the whole series as well as to other characters.
