Tom Clancy’s The Division

Tom Clancy's The Division

Ubisoft wowed us at last year’s E3 with Tom Clancy’s The Division. Not only did it display the open world post-apocalyptic online experience that was in store but it actually looked fun to play. Of course, that was before nearly every product from the publisher seemingly broke upon launch. Couple that with other online experiences like The Crew and Destiny really failing to live up to expectations (despite their respective successes) and there’s more skepticism over whether The Division will really deliver.

There’s definitely no skepticism over the Snowdrop Engine, Massive Entertainment’s new engine used to model real-time wear and tear and weather changes throughout The Division’s ever crumbling environment. Whether you’re a fan of third person online shooters or not, at the very least The Division will be a world worth exploring when it releases later this year.
