Rise of the Tomb Raider
It’s a testament to the brilliance of Crystal Dynamics and its reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise that we can be excited for the visual awesomeness of Rise of the Tomb Raider without really seeing, well, any of it. There’s no gameplay footage to be had and only a few real screenshots.
However, judging by the work done in Tomb Raider (2013) and the implementation for snow in Rise (animals can leave footprints, which will subsequently be filled in with the snowfall), we can expect nothing but good things from Rise of the Tomb Raider. Will it be able to compete with the next game though?
