There is a Portal 2 – Educational Version for Schools
There were times when I was school that I often wished for video games to be some sort of a teaching tool, because they are very damn effective, if made in the right way. In 2012, Valve came up with an idea for an educational version for Portal 2, which I think is a very, very good idea. The game is free of charge but available via Steam for schools only. It consists of single player story of Portal 2 and Puzzle Creator. During a press conference, Gabe stated that Valve was collaborating with schools to build a curriculum around Portal 2, looking into “how to teach attraction, repulsion.” Now that I wouldn’t mind learning.
