Silent Hill Origins

Silent Hill Origins greatly improves on what the previous games tried to bring to the horror/thriller genre and made it better. Silent Hill Origins has the player experience the story of a solitary truck driver stuck in the terrifying town while making a delivery there.  The game featured some new mechanics such as a barricade system that lets players block off rooms from enemies. Overall the game has good exploration of the town and it’s creepy buildings, disgusting monsters to face, cleverly executed puzzles and riddles, another awesome soundtrack from Akira Yamaoka, and an overall satisfying experience for a portable horror game.
