The moment you take a look at the box art for Deadly Premonition you just know it’s not going to be a fun, flowery experience. That being said The game is notable for introducing  nonlinear gameplay and a comedy horror theme to the survival horror genre. It would be interesting to know that the game also  implemented a free-roaming storyline within an open game world where all the characters have their own schedules. It has become known as one of the most critically polarizing games of all-time.
