A free to play version of Ubisoft’s renowned Trials series will be heading to iOS. Developed by RedLynx, Trials Frontier will be release on April 10th for iOS devices and marks the first game in the franchise to arrive on mobiles. It will also release on Android but at a later date since that’s just how the pecking order is these days. Check out the teaser trailer above.

Trials Frontier will take place in a futuristic Western environment where civilization has apparently collapsed. Only small villages remain and players will be able to unlock each new village as they progress, racing around and performing tricks on ruined cities.

There’s also a story mode along with a diverse cast of characters and blueprints to upgrade and customize your new bikes (along with having new bikes to unlock). You can also connect the upcoming Trials Fusion to unlock bonus gear. You’ll also be able to challenge friends and track progress through leader boards. Stay tuned for more info as we near release.
