Tribes: Ascend Update Introduces the Twinfusor, New Maps and Balances

Posted By | On 25th, Jul. 2012

The so-called “world’s fastest shooter” just received a new update. As a free to play online FPS, Tribes: Ascend has been receiving regular updates and the new Twinfusor might just be the best yet.

As a new weapon, the Twinfusor is a modified version of the original Fusor that shoots two disks. Not as powerful, but still quite deadly in succession, it makes a great shotgun meets grenade launcher weapon.

On top of that, developer HiRez Studios has introduced new maps, clan tags, skins, voice packs and lots of balances to perks and devices.
