Ubisoft’s big surprise at the end of their E3 presser this year was Tom Clancy’s The Division, an apocalyptic themed persistently online MMOTPS. Developed by Ubisoft Massive, the game takes place in New York following the outbreak of some pandemic, after a biological weapons strike by a terrorist cell.

The game is said to incorporate elements from the multiplayer modes of Far Cry 3 and Assassins Creed, so we know, at least, that it will be unique and fun (or we can, at the very least, expect it to be unique and fun).

The game, that visually looks like Watch Dogs meets Future Soldier, was announced or Xbox One and PS4.

For more of the latest and greatest news from E3, say tuned to GamingBolt, as we bring you all the news of the action live, as it happens, when it happens. Also make sure to check out our reviews of each of the press conferences, which go up immediately after the conferences.
