UK Charts: Ghost Recon Wildlands Holds Top Spot, Lego Worlds Rises Up

Horizon: Zero Dawn and Zelda drop further.

Posted By | On 20th, Mar. 2017

Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands continues its reign at the top of the UK game charts according to Gfk Chart-Track. This is the open world shooter’s second week in the top spot having been the biggest launch of 2017 in the UK when it first released.

Lego Worlds managed to rise up one place to second while Horizon: Zero Dawn fell to third place. Grand Theft Auto 5 shows no signs of ever leaving the charts and stays at fourth place followed by FIFA 17 in fifth. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild meanwhile dropped from fourth to sixth place in the past week.

The rest of the charts feature the usual suspects with Rocket League, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Minecraft: Xbox Edition and Forza Horizon 3 rounding out the top ten. It should be interesting to see what the next week holds with Mass Effect: Andromeda releasing on March 23rd in Europe. Can it topple Wildlands despite above average critical reception? We’ll find out next week.
