Dark Souls 3

From Software’s Dark Souls 3 is already a hit in the UK, unseating Quantum Break from its reign at the number 1 spot in Gfk Chart-Track’s software sales charts. It also posted the strongest launch week for the series yet with a 61 percent sales increase over Dark Souls 2.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is still doing well, moving up to second place while EA Sports UFC 2 moves from eighth to third place. Quantum Break is in fourth place followed by Dirt Rally in fifth. Far Cry Primal secured sixth place with FIFA 16, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Grand Theft Auto 5 and LEGO Marvel Avengers making up the rest of the top ten.

Once again, digital sales are not included in the charts so the overall sales for these games would likely be higher for the UK. What are your thoughts on Dark Souls 3 one week after launch? Let us know in the comments below.
