Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch continues its streak in the UK, staying in the number one spot for the third week according to Gfk Chart-Track. DICE’s Mirror’s Edge Catalyst debuted last week and managed to enter second place.
Despite sales of Overwatch dropping by 44 percent, it’s still selling better than Catalyst. And despite middling critical reviews for Catalyst, it seems to be doing quite well in sales (the original actually sold 60 percent of its lifetime sales within 12 weeks). DOOM is in third place with sales dropping by 28 percent over the weeks.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is in fourth place with sales dropping by 45 percent followed by FIFA 16, Grand Theft Auto 5, Tom Clancy’s The Division and Uefa Euro 2016 Pro Evolution Soccer. Dead Island Definitive Edition is in ninth place and Ratchet & Clank manages to hang on in the top ten for another week.
With the lack of any major releases in the next few weeks, it remains to be seen whether Overwatch stays in the charts. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks to find out.
