Today at PSX, Naughty Dog unveiled Uncharted: Lost Legacy, the new standalone story DLC for Uncharted 4 that stars Chloe. During the panel, it was revealed that the entire standalone DLC will be set in India due to its diversity in forest and geographical locations, and that the game will feature wide level designs and will go deeper into the Chloe’s roots as a half Indian.
And it will be a substantial experience, too- in their panel just now, Naughty Dog confirmed that Uncharted: Lost Legacy will be a fairly beefy standalone Uncharted 4 expansion. It is slated to be longer than The Last of Us: Left Behind, but it won’t be quite as long as Uncharted 4 itself (which makes sense, I mean). Also the trailer earlier today was from the beginning of the game.
The story will also be set after the events of Uncharted 4, technically making this a sequel of sorts. It will be tonally different Uncharted game but within the context of Uncharted series and will be heavily geared towards Chloe and finding a certain treasure. It’ll be interesting to see what Chloe, whose presence was sorely missed in Uncharted 4, is up to. Uncharted 4: The Lost Legacy, will be made available exclusively on the PS4 sometime in the future.
