Unravel

ColdWood Interactive’s Unravel is now available for playing on Xbox One and PC. Conditions apply, of course.

For starters, you’ll need a subscription to either EA Access on Xbox One or Origin Access on PC. Also, this is a trial version which can be played for 10 hours and offers access to the first two levels of the game. Your in-game progress can be carried over to the full release though and a subscription to either access provides a 10 percent discount to all digital EA content. The trial version is a 3 GB download.

For those who’d rather wait for the full game, Unravel will be releasing on February 9th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It follows a yarn figure named Yarney as it navigates environments and uses its string to solve physics-based puzzles. The story itself is about love and people grow apart from each other. What does Yarney have to do with this journey? We’ll find out in the coming week.
