Still not sure what to make of Coldwood Interactive’s Unravel, a beautiful indie platformer available for current gen platformers? Then you’ll be pleased to hear of a new trial that EA is offering across Xbox One, PS4 and PC which lets try out the first level “Thistle and Weeds”.

The trial lasts for roughly ten hours on Xbox One and PC though PS4 gamers can try it out for as long as they’d like. It’s not quite the equivalent of EA/Origin Access but this does give PS4 players a chance to see what they’re missing.

Unravel released in February this year to above average critical acclaim with many complimenting its visuals and story-telling while criticizing the pacing and overall length relative to the plot. Nonetheless, it’s a unique platformer that’s worth looking into especially if you want a more unorthodox title to fill your release calendar.

Thoughts on the free trial? Let us know below.
