Until Dawn PS4 7

The first DLC for Supermassive’s Until Dawn has apparently been revealed, according to sources that spoke to Destructoid. “Rush of Blood” is apparently undergoing market testing in the UK by Sony and will be fairly different from the base game. It’s more of an on-rails first person shooter and that too built with PlayStation VR in mind.

The source stated that players are literally transported inside a mine cart and that you’ll be shooting targets in the snow, encountering some jump scares and even battling the “ghost” from the house in the main game.

Interestingly, there was only a 20 minute section available for playing and it wasn’t specified which characters were being played as. It’s also unclear how far into development the DLC is, though it seems to rely quite heavily on motion controls. If it’s meant for PlayStation VR though, then we likely won’t hear about it until 2016. Again, given the nature of sources and such, take this all with a grain of salt.

What are your thoughts on this new DLC and would it be something you’re interested in? Let us know in the comments below.
