Gaijin Entertainment is busy expanding on its free to play online combat MMO War Thunder, which is available for PS4 and PC, with the upcoming Ground Forces beta. Ground Forces will seek to bring together all three facets of warfare into one place, allowing players to fight on land, sea and air.
Currently, War Thunder and Ground Forces are earmarked to appear at Rezzed in Birmingham, UK with the beta launching this Spring. Rezzed attendees will have a chance to see it in action for the PS4 this weekend though. For more information, head here.
War Thunder itself is still in open beta for the PC but that hasn’t stopped it from garnering more than 5 million players since its release. It will also be heading to Oculus Rift in the near future, even after the recently announced deal between Oculus VR and social networking giant Facebook. Stay tuned for more details.
