You would think a remaster of the legendary Warcraft 3 would be something of a slam dunk. Pretty it up, maybe a few additional touches here and there, and you’re good to go. Well, unfortunately, things aren’t always that simple, and it seems that many fans are very unhappy with Warcraft 3: Reforged. From the game’s artistic changes, to content being cut, to how custom game features were handled differently than the original, there’s been a lot of mixed feelings. It seems, though, that Blizzard is well aware of those, and has been quietly honoring refunds.

As reported by the users on the game’s official subreddit, those who have requested refunds have been granted them automatically. That goes for anyone, regardless of how much of the game has been played. Those who’ve played it over 5 or more hours have even been able to get them as well. You can make the request for the same to Blizzard’s official support through here.

As of now there’s been no official word or statement on the refund policy or the game’s reception. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available. In the meantime, Warcraft 3: Reforged is available on PC, and you can read our review through here.
