Blizzard Entertainment’s Warcraft 3: Reforged lands on PC later today and sees the classic RTS remade in gorgeous new visuals. Though the official store listing has yet to be updated with the same, Battle.net Support has revealed the minimum and recommended system requirements for the title. To the surprise of no one, they’re fairly manageable.
Minimum requirements include an Intel Core i3-530, Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 and 4 GB of RAM. On the Recommended settings side, an Intel Core i5-6400, Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 and 8 GB of RAM is required. Regardless of your CPU/GPU, you’ll need 30 GB of hard disk space and an 800×600 resolution display at minimum.
What this means is that Warcraft 3 Classic players will be able to hop into the remaster without too much hassle. Given the sheer number of changes with regards to balance, voice lines, cutscenes, campaign maps and environments, it should be worth the wait.
