Unbeknownst to many, NeocoreGames (developer of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing) has been plugging away on Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr. Available on Steam Early Access for PC since August 2017, the isometric action RPG shooter was supposed to release in May 2018 for all platforms.
However, it’s been delayed to June 5th due to technical issues with the console versions. This issue had to be solved at the midnight hour and as a result, the release date candidate couldn’t be sent for manufacturing on time according to an official statement by the developer on Steam.
What’s interesting is that Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr has been facing a number of issues in the PC version as well. Steam user reviews have reported different bugs, graphical glitches and the lackluster gameplay. It’s not all bad news as the PC version will receive extra polish and a beta build update on May 21st. You can take that to be as close to the final product as possible before release.
