Giant Sparrow’s What Remains of Edith Finch is now available for free on the Epic Games Store. This is part of Epic Games’ initiative that offers a free game every two weeks (the last being Super Meat Boy). To own the game, simply head here, add it to your cart and checkout accordingly.
Of course, you’ll need an Epic Games account and must download the launcher to play the game. If you haven’t tried it yet, What Remains of Edith Finch is an interesting mix of magic and morbidity. It focuses on Edith, who returns to her family’s home following the death of her mother. Edith is investigating a mysterious curse that leaves all but one of each generation in her family dead.
To do this, she’ll look into various family members’ rooms and relive their last few experiences. What Remains of Edith Finch is also available on Steam for PC as well as Xbox One and PS4.
