The Eagles Reference
In Lord of the Rings particularly in the Hobbit, you ever wonder why they all didn’t just climb up on the Eagles and just fly to their destination? Well for one that would make for one lousy movie. However in Dragon Age Origins, there is a reference about that if you investigate further. If the player and his companions take the treacherous Path, it brings the party to a small abandoned camp with a Shade ambush and two dead bodies. A note on one of the corpses reads, “Why, oh why didn’t we just take the flying eagles?”
