Yes there is a Spiderman reference in Dragon Age Origins, and no, it’s not the kind where you actually see Spiderman (sorry to dash your hopes). At the Vigil’s Keep courtyard, when you trigger the dialogue with Anders at Andraste’s statue, one dialogue option that is present is “With power comes responsibility”— which is an obvious  reference to Spider-Man’s quote “With great power comes great responsibility.”
