Where Winds Meet

Open-world action RPG Where Winds Meet doesn’t have a release date, despite launching later this year. Nevertheless, developer Everstone Studio has announced the final closed beta, set for July 24th to 31st for PS5 and PC. Check out the latest cinematic trailer below.

Perhaps even more notable is PlayStation’s version of the same, which confirms a six-month timed console exclusivity period for the game. As for the closed beta, you can sign up here. Everstone Studio says that all its gameplay is still very much “in development” and not representative of the final game.

However, there are no regional restrictions, with English, Korean, Japanese and Traditional Chinese languages available and more in the works. PC players can take advantage of controller support, but progress won’t carry over to the game (since it’s a separate build).

Stay tuned for more details on the release date, and in the meantime, check out some extensive gameplay here. You can also read our interview with the developer.
