Carbine Studios’ MMORPG WildStar is still going strong despite various issues at launch, dwindling player numbers and PvP problems. The next content update will be Invasion: Nexus which includes a new 20 man Raid, the Holo-Wardrobe which lets you change your appearance anywhere and a brand new adventure. These are all secondary to the new Contracts content though.

Contracts are essentially elder game content and allow players to earn new gear. They function a lot like daily objectives and players can pick up five new contracts each day (with PvP and PvE contracts counted separately). Contracts could vary in scale from attaining a certain number of kills to finishing a veteran adventure. The difficulties and rewards span three different levels as well with higher difficulties netting better rewards.

Rewards will include a mystery box, in-game gold, a loot bag with Glory, Prestige or gear and much more. If anything it will help prevent the repetitiveness of in-game content for WildStar players. Stay tuned for more details.
