Wizard with a Gun

Galvanic Games’ Wizard with a Gun re-emerged at the recent Devolver Direct with a new animated trailer and gameplay. The world is suffering from the Shatter, and it’s up to you to rebuild it. Oh, and if you could defeat Chaos, that would be nice. Check it out below.

Playable solo and in co-op, players can craft different resources and store them, creating magical bullets and fighting various enemies. At certain points, you can shoot “platforms” that fill in the world and discover items to reveal more of the map. Interestingly, there are some extraction mechanics, with players gathering Ancient Gears and can either return to the Tower or stay in the overworld to get more resources.

Wizard with a Gun is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC (it’s unknown if the Nintendo Switch version is still in development). A free single-player demo is available now on Steam, but the full game will support co-op for two players. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
