Wolfenstein 2 Switch Version Gets New Direct Feed Footage of Gameplay Ahead of Launch

The Switch version of Wolfenstein 2 may be the best looking portable game of all time.

The Nintendo Switch version of Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus launches tomorrow, and ahead of that, we have some new direct feed footage of gameplay from the game to see. And- it’s actually staggeringly impressive. Now, to be clear, it obviously doesn’t look as good as the game would on other consoles or on PC- but it looks amazing given the Switch is what it is. In fact, this may just be the best looking portable game of all time.

Obviously, some of the limitations of being on the Switch will manifest themselves in this video (the colors don’t seem as vibrant, and it’s a bit fuzzier all around than other versions of the game would be), but being able to play it anywhere and everywhere, and kick some Nazi ass on the go is probably going to make up for that, for many.

You can check out the footage for yourself below. Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus is out now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and launches on June 29 on Nintendo Switch.
