Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus Patch Unlocks The Vault, Episode Zero Now Playable

10 combat simulations and a series of fixes for Nvidia GPU users on PC has gone live.

A new patch recently went live for Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus and while we know about the Xbox One X support it will bring – including 4K for supported displays and dynamic resolution scaling – there’s a lot more for players to sink their teeth into.

First off, the Vault has been unlocked and it contains 10 “combat simulations” where players will fight against Nazis. You can only access these after finishing Chapter 2 of the campaign but it has leaderboards allowing you to compete with friends. Those playing on PC can also expect a number of different fixes for the skybox and the “zoomed-in brightness menu” for 4K monitors.

Additionally, those with Nvidia 10 series GPUs should see better stability. Async computer has been disabled until a driver fix is brought through. Finally, those who pre-ordered the game or purchased the Season Pass can play Freedom Chronicles Episode Zero which brings three new characters with different abilities and new weapons. You can check out the full patch notes below.
