Honestly I’m not sure who comes up with these ideas, because by the look of this box art, I would say that developers want to make a game out of anything, and package it and sell it to very unassuming customers. It seems though as if they took the concept of Mario Kart, and managed to replace all the Mario characters with Sanrio characters, whose blank stares suggest that they have been given a lobotomy.
