We’ve been able to learn quite a bit about WWE 2K19 so far, including who its cover star will be, what to expect  from the limited edition, and so on. Now we’ve finally been able to learn about what will be new in this game in terms of actual gameplay. In a recent dev blog, the developers shared details on the new Towers feature, which will allow players to go up against different opponents with different challenges.

There will be different Tower challenges that will be based on unique themes, such as ‘The Women’s Revolution’, in which players will have to go up against the current roster of women wrestlers. Towers will also be of different types, with the Gauntlet type requiring you to finish the whole Tower in one session, while you can take your time with the Steps Tower. You can also expect to see multiple match types in the Towers Mode, so there will be no lack of variety. Some matches will offer extra buffs to players and opponents to make things more interesting.

You can get more info on the dev blog through the link above. WWE 2K19 is set to release for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 5.
