Visual Concepts’ WWE 2K23 received a new trailer recently, showcasing WarGames. Game Informer has released more gameplay of the mode, outlining its mechanics and just how hard-hitting it can get. Check it out below.

WarGames is available in 3v3 and 4v4 variants, with both solo and online multiplayer support. It features two rings surrounded by an enormous steel cage. Two participants start the match in the cage and depending on whose team has the advantage, another player comes in after some time and can bring a weapon in. This continues until both teams are in the cage.

It’s pretty hard-hitting, and things can get chaotic when multiple wrestlers are involved. Other noteworthy parts of the gameplay include matches between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins while Rhea Ripley takes on Ronda Rousey. If you enjoyed WWE 2K22’s gameplay, then the sequel is more of the same, for the better.

WWE 2K23 releases on March 17th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
