If it weren’t loud enough the first time, then Xbox division boss Phil Spencer has once again said that he apologizes for the issues that Halo: The Master Chief Collection players are facing, along with reasserting 343 Industries’ drive for fixes.

Speaking on Twitter, Spencer said that, “I apologize for the issues. 343 Industries is 100% committed to fixing and make it right for fans.”

Halo: The Master Chief Collection launched in mid-November and though its campaign was as strong as ever, the multiplayer aspect faced a number of issues. Matchmaking problems, lag, unbalanced teams, long waiting times and much more awaited those who picked up the game solely for its multiplayer. Several updates have been released since but there remains work to be done.
