Xbox One preview members who didn’t receive the console’s system update for June should be receiving it today. As mentioned several days ago, the update was being deployed in two waves and the second wave is currently available to those who didn’t make the cut. Program manager Emily Hanson confirmed in the preview forums that everyone should now have access to the new update.

The update should be downloaded automatically for your console. If it isn’t, simply head to the Settings menu, navigate to the System title and choose the System Update option.

The June update is fairly light in features especially compared to last month’s update but there’s a reason for that. According to Hanson, Microsoft will be making some “big” announcements at E3. What this could mean for the June update remains to be seen so we’ll need to wait for Microsoft’s E3 conference on June 15th to find out. Stay tuned in the meantime.
