Microsoft has been steadily introducing smaller system updates for its Xbox One console as compared to the major updates we’re used to seeing on a monthly basis. Recently, an update that added tweaks to the Party app was deployed to Preview Program members and today, another update been made available in the first wave.

According to the update notes, this has, “Fixed an issue where certain types of disc-based bundled games would not properly install.” The update will be going out in two waves so if you haven’t received it yet, it’s likely that you’ll get it in the second wave.

Microsoft’s updates are apparently sparse due to “big” announcements being teased for E3 2015. We’re still yet to find out how this relates to the Xbox One’s system software but with E3 2015 only a few weeks away, it’s only a matter of time before the information is known. So stay tuned and let us know what you think of the newest update in the meantime.
