Yoshi's Wooly World

Yoshi’s Wooly World returned at E3 2015 with some very pleasing gameplay footage that showcased the game’s yarn-based art style. Nintendo provided some more information regarding the development process, including how the idea for having a yarn-based Yoshi came about.

Yoshi’s body in Wooly World has various abilities thanks to its yarn-based nature. You can knit platforms, convert enemies into yarn balls and much more. The game will be enjoyable but challenging if you try to achieve 100 percent completion. Those who want to have fun can simply run through the game and enjoy the ride while those seeking more challenges can go out of their way to find different collectibles.

Co-op gameplay was also showcased and Wooly World will also interact with different Amiibos to change the overall design of Yoshi. It also seems that Poochy makes a return to the game and somehow looks more adorable than before.

Yoshi’s Wooly World is out on October 16th 2016 for the Wii U.
