The Division

Tom Clancy’s The Division has been a pretty big success, if you didn’t know. According to the latest sales data from Gfk Chart-Track, The Division has become the biggest first quarter launch ever. The last record was set by Gran Turismo 4 in 2005 with The Division having beaten an 11 year old record.

It’s also the biggest launch for a Tom Clancy title in the region and Ubisoft’s third biggest open week seller after Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed 3. And unlike both of those games, The Division is actually good (zing!).

The game has seen its fair share of issues through the past week including server issues, glitches and a particular weapon that needed nerfing. Thankfully, Ubisoft Massive has been incredibly responsive, patching out a majority of these issues and keeping an open channel with its community. What are your thoughts on it thus far? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more.
