007 First Light PC Requirements

After outlining the minimum and recommended requirements (and then adjusting the latter), IO Interactive’s 007 First Light on PC has finally been laid bare. Alongside the previous two configurations, there are now two Enthusiast options: 1440p/60 FPS and 4K/60 FPS, both on High settings.

The CPU and RAM requirements remain the same, but the former demands an RTX 4070 or a Radeon RX 7800 XT, while the latter needs an RTX 4080 or an RX 7900 XTX. For those who truly want the best, you have Ultra settings at 4K, which requires a Core i5-13600K or a Ryzen 7 7700X, an RTX 5080 and 32 GB of RAM.

It’s worth noting that Nvidia DLSS 4.5 with Dynamic Multi Frame Generation and Super Resolution support is available at launch. However, it’s not enabled for the minimum, Recommended and Enthusiast configurations, where less powerful hardware can see significant performance gains on similar settings. It’s seemingly required for playing at Ultra, however, and can deliver over 200 FPS.

Other notable features include uncapped frame rates and customization options on PC, though path tracing and DLSS ray reconstruction will be available this Summer. In terms of accessibility, you have audio profiles, customizable subtitles, input remapping, options to adjust sensitivity and deadzones, English menu narration, and, of course, the ability to auto-complete quick-time events.

007 First Light arrives on May 27th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, while the Switch 2 version is slated for later this Summer.
