9. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations
The newest Naruto game on the block, Ultimate Storm Generations is remarkably similar to the previous two Ultimate Storm games. Though it may not have reinvented the wheel with its fighting mechanics, it's one of the better 3D fighters I've had the pleasure of playing, and its gameplay is now polished beyond belief. It may not be the most balanced of fighting games, but few things beat shoving a Rasengan in your opponent's face.
