7. inFamous

One of the many new franchises Sony introduced this generation,inFamous was also one of the best. It had its flaws and inconsistencies, and we cannot honestly say that either of the two games we saw on the PS3 were perfect in any sense of the word. What they were, though, was damn fun. inFamous was an exceedingly enjoyable game with some really unique ideas on how to implements its mechanics, and inFamous 2 took all of it a step further and polished it infinitely. If one sat down to point out all the flaws- technical and those on a fundamental level- in both the games, we’d probably have a list as long as this one, but in the end, the pure fun factor of both inFamous and inFamous 2 definitely trumps their flaws.
