3. Kinect Focus

What with Kinect now being required, it seems the focus may be more upon it. So much of the Xbox 720 speculation has been on the features of Kinect 2.0 rather than the system hardware itself and, with Kinect undergoing so many drastic changes based on the rumour mill, I'd be suspicious that Microsoft have directed the majority of their efforts into Kinect development. This may leave the traditional gaming aspects of the console woefully underdeveloped, turning a lot of the system's core market away.
