Minecraft (Hardcore Mode)
Minecraft’s Hardcore mode is the template for your average, punishing, open-world sandbox experience. Hardcore means any death is permanent. You can spectate the world, but there’s no coming back after dying. However, it mixes things up further by being set to Hard difficulty by default.
Enemy mobs deal more damage; the Hunger bar will deplete and eventually kill the player if it’s empty. Spiders get different status effects like invisibility and regeneration, Pillagers will spawn near the player, and Zombies can even break through wooden doors, making it tougher to survive from the early going. Now, imagine trying to survive all this and going to The End to defeat the Ender Dragon.
