7. Miami:
GTA 3 had us running through what is essentially Miami beach and it was a pretty good time. In fact, this was the first of the GTA games to go with a 3D design that totally changed the how we looked at sandbox games. A lot has probably changed since then, so why not head back there?
The player has adapted to water and can actually swim now, and as any fans of Dexter know, there’s no shortage of scumbags, murders and drug dealers out there to either work for, or outright kill if they’re in your way. Just like many other cities, there are all sorts of people from all walks of life that would make great NPCs or play-characters. It may be a good time to reconnect with Vice City.
