Why not head north of the border? We’ve already spent time in GTA V playing as a Canadian, so let’s finish tearing down the walls of separation and make a bridge, to Canada… If you’ve never been to Ottawa, it’s full of culture, art and history; not to mention some of the most intense sports fans a city could hold. This is also another location that would allow for new, seasonal vehicles.

In the winters the canal freezes over and people are allowed to ice skate on it, these canals would certainly make for a great getaway too. It would be especially interesting to have the canals, ponds and fountains within the city to freeze over, only to thaw a few months later.
